According to Article 2.4 of Law 4/2013, AMPIT provides an online resource for buyers of professional services which they can access in case of disputes with individual practitioners. Moreover, they can obtain information related to the professional conduct and quality standards required by AMPIT members. All of the above pursuant to the Consumer Code (Art. 27 of the Legislative Decree 206/2005).
